FuCo Care Robotics: service robots that take the routine off your team

Floor cleaning that happens on its own, a concierge at the door, and transport that stops eating shifts. FitLink is your contact for the scope, the fit and the quotation.

The idea

The question is not whether a robot can do it

It is which hours of your week are being spent on work nobody chose and nobody remembers. Floors after closing. Walking towels from one end of the building to the other. Pointing a new member at the changing rooms for the fortieth time that day. That is the work this is for — not the coaching, not the conversations.

The range

Three families, and what each one takes off you

Cleaning

Floors that get done every night, to the same standard, without anyone staying late to do them.

Concierge & promotion

The first thing a member meets at the door, and a screen that earns its place on the floor.

Service & transport

Carrying things from one end of the building to the other, which is work that eats a shift and teaches nobody anything.

What we do before anything is ordered

A robot is a building decision as much as a purchase. It has to fit your floor, your doors, your lifts and the hours your team actually works. We go through that with you first.

  • A walk through your floor plan: surfaces, thresholds, lifts, charging
  • An honest read on which of the three families is worth it for you — possibly none of them yet
  • Scope, service terms and training in writing before you decide
  • One contact in German or English for the manufacturer conversation

Cost, operation and common questions

A task, not a person. Cleaning after closing, carrying, answering the same question at the door. The time it frees is time your team spends on members — which is the only reason to do it.
That depends on the floor surface, the thresholds, the door widths, the lifts and where a charging point can go. It is the first thing we check, on your plan, before anyone quotes anything.
It depends on the family, the configuration and the service agreement, and we do not publish a figure we cannot stand behind. We obtain it for your building and set it out in writing, including what service and training are included.
Service runs through the manufacturer. We put the terms, the response arrangement and the training in the quotation so you know before you sign, not after.
These are built for daily operation rather than for specialists. What the handover and training actually involve is part of what we confirm for your configuration.
Sometimes not, and we will say so. The case is usually strongest where the same routine repeats every day across a large floor, or where shifts are hard to fill. A small studio with a tight team often does better spending the money elsewhere.
